Technologies
Mechanical technology is a key and most efficient method for recycling textile waste, and mechanical fibering allows obtaining quality fibers ready for further use in various applications. The process of obtaining regenerated fibers is possible without altering the material's structure. Materials of various compositions, including synthetic, natural, and artificial fibers, are suitable for fibering.
Raw material collection for recycling can be sourced from both textile and fashion industry manufacturing waste (such as unsold scraps, interlining drops, trimmings, thread remnants) as well as unsold textile products like clothing, home textiles, fabrics, etc.
This allows us to open textile waste and obtain high-quality raw materials for further use in the production of non-woven materials and various textile products. The production capacity ensures the processing of approximately 2,500 tons of textile waste per year. The development strategy includes increasing recycling volumes to 10,000 tons by 2027.
Our primary focus is working with Post-industrial textile waste. Our technology is versatile for various types of fabrics, allowing us to effectively meet the diverse needs of the market. The flexibility of the technology ensures ease of adaptation to changes in production processes. Our equipment provides high-quality recycling of textile waste, converting up to 95% of waste into raw materials that have wide applications.
